To qualify for the lottery on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, you must submit 1. your online application and 2. attend a Parent Information Meeting. You can find the meeting dates and registration at the bottom of this page.

Step 1.Complete Application (Required)

The Application for the 2025-2026 Academic Year is now open and will close March 1st 2025, 5:00PM.

*Just a note that the application will delete and reset if you stay idle on the page for too long.  Please make sure you have five minutes or so to dedicate when filling out this form. 

Step 2. Attend a Parent Information Meeting (Required)

These meetings are both Virtual on zoom and In Person on the UPA campus and a public San Jose library. You may only sign up for ONE meeting, and you only need ONE application per student.
